Opening ceremony and presidential Wellcome

The congress will be officially opened with a ceremonial session and presidential welcome address, setting the tone for the scientific program and highlighting the key themes of the meeting. The session will take place in the main lecture hall of the Clarion Congress Hotel.

Welcome Reception

19:00

The Welcome Reception will take place in the Congress Hotel Clarion after the Opening Ceremony. Everybody is invited to join us for the first social event. This event is included in the congress fees.

Presidential Dinner

By invitation only

Evening river cruise on the Vltava.

Party at the Hard Rock Cafe Prague

Open to everyone, starting at 20:00

Congress Dinner

The congress dinner will be held in the beautiful premises of the Municipal House in the center of Prague. It will be a buffet-style dinner, but some tables will be available for those who prefer to sit.

Please bear in mind that for security reasons the maximum capacity of the location is 500 people. Booking in advance is mandatory — please be sure to receive confirmation!
